The rooms are modern with refreshing decor but lack a bedside table. The manager, unfortunately, was a bit rude, overshadowing the tours and ticket assistance offered. The included dining features typical local bread, but the breakfast could be more varied. Overall, the facilities are up to par, with room for improvement.

The hotel is perfectly located, allowing easy access to the Opera House, Wooloomoo wharf, and the Botanical Gardens. The surrounding art deco architecture adds charm. While the rooms offer a pleasant stay with good WiFi, the service from the manager could be more pleasant.
